The Linden Method, created by Charles Linden, is one of the most thorough and successful programs for eliminating symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks.
In this post I wanted to provide both my own personal review and experiences utilizing the program, as well as the reviews and experiences of others as well.
Since everyone is different, your individual experiences may vary, but I sincerely hope that if you try the program, that you have the same level of success that myself and so many others have had, eliminating symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks for good.
My Personal Linden Method Review
I came across the Linden Method over 7 years ago, in 2007. I had been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks on and off for 2 years. I had experienced just about every symptom you could think of, including but not limited to chest pains, heart palpitations, insomnia, headaches, nausea, fever, chills, feelings of electrical impulses going up and down my neck, stomach pain, vomiting, etc.
I had been to the doctor multiple times and made a trip to the ER during that time as well. All tests, scans and analyses were negative. No medical issues were present that would explain what I was experiencing. And miraculously, after a visit to the doctor, I suddenly felt much better for a short period of time.
However, the longer time went on, the more the symptoms of anxiety were becoming a part of my daily routine. I was making excuses to miss social events all the time, would not plan anything for fear of what symptoms I might have that day and it really was becoming a chore just to get out of bed in the morning.
One day when I was completely fed up and tired of living that way in a self imposed prison, I was lucky enough to come across the Linden Method. I read through details of the program and some reviews from others and I did not even hesitate. I purchased the digital download version of the program, because I wanted to check it out right away and within 5 minutes I was crying like a baby. Not tears of sadness and desperation like I was used to, but tears of joy.
For anyone that has suffered from anxiety or panic attacks for any length of time, those first few pages of the main Linden Method guide are as if someone is giving you the biggest virtual hug and telling you “I’ve been where you are, I know what you are experiencing and you have everything you need in your virtual hands right now to stop your symptoms for good and get your life back.”
It is far more detailed and powerful than that, but I can vouch for the fact that it was 100% accurate in my case. I will honestly never forget that feeling I got when I started with the program and that cathartic emotional response is actually the reason I created this site. I know what a profound effect it had on me, that I wanted to do everything I could to get the word out and try to help others that are needlessly suffering as well.
Keep in mind, I’m not saying I never experience stress. That is a part of every day life that is unavoidable and healthy to a certain degree. It just means that I have the methods now to better cope with stress in ways that prevent things from escalating to a the level of manifesting symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks.
In the last 7+ years I have not been to a doctor for anything other than routine visits. I have not had a panic attack. I have not missed social outings or planned activities. And most importantly, I have my life back and am enjoying it every day! And that right there was exactly what I was hoping for and honestly when I started the Linden Method, I didn’t even think that was possible.
